Directions: From the south north and west leave St Georges town on the Grand Etang road. Travel along this road till you reach the Spice Basket. Take the first road on the right after the Spice Basket ( HHH sign ). Follow this road for aprox 5 mins till you reach the bar on this road ( HHH sign )

Pick up point: This will be from the roundabout at the Botanical Gardens near the Government Buildings. Please arrive by 2.45pm for 3pm departure. This is for those hashers with no other means of transport. We thank hashers who provide rides from this point.

Trails: Walkers and runners trails

Drink: Carib 3 for 10 all other drinks at reasonable prices
Food: The best oil down on the island, meat and vegetarian also brown down
